This podcast is going to be a little different. This transformational meditation is designed for those who are struggling with anxiety and panic RIGHT NOW.
If you’re having a panic attack, I want you to know 3 things:
You are going to be okay.
Your anxiety cannot hurt you.
These feelings are temporary.
If you struggle with anxiety, this episode is for you.
If you deal with frequent panic attacks, bookmark this episode in your phone.
Turn the page on the vicious cycle of panic, pill, panic, pill, and learn how to stop the panic loop.
We are going to go through the Anxiety Freedom Ritual, together.
One of the most effective strategies for dealing with a panic attack in a way that will reduce the frequency, intensity, and duration of panic attacks in the future is by utilizing the tools we will discuss in your own home-made Anxiety Freedom Kit.
Here is how to create your own Anxiety Freedom Ritual Kit:
You will need:
A fanny pack, purse, or small bag that you can carry with you (make sure it’s portable)
A pack of ginger chews (or another candy of choice)
One or two essential oils of your liking (therapeutic oil is best)
Disposable Instant Cold Pack (you can find these online)
A worry stone (I like to find something in nature)
A straw (short is better, 3 inches or shorter)
Bubbles (you can get these online or in most local stores)
Your supplement or botanical of choice for anxiety (my favorite is Kava Kava)
You can find most of these items on Amazon - here is a link to a folder of my favorites!
